The Colouring Atlas is run by Paddy Rowlands, a sole trader in London, who is responsible for the personal information described here. For any question or request, email hello@thecolouringatlas.co.uk.
Organisations we write to
We hold the name and address of the school, shop or attraction, and the name, job title and work email address of the person who runs its shop or admissions, where the organisation publishes them on its own website.
We use them to send one email or letter about our books and one follow-up. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in telling organisations about a product they may want. We don't write to personal email addresses.
If you'd rather not hear from us, say so and we will not contact you again.
Children
We never ask for photos of children and we have no contact with pupils. The only information about a child we ever take is a first name, and only if a parent chooses to have it printed on the cover.
Parents who order
If a school runs pre-orders, we take the parent's name, email address, the child's class, the order, and the optional first name for the cover. Payment is taken by a regulated payment provider, so we never see or store card numbers.
We use these details only to make and deliver the order. We delete them after delivery, apart from the payment records the law requires us to keep. We never sell or share them, and we don't use them for marketing.
This website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Like any website, the company that hosts it keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
If you email us, we keep your message for as long as we need it to reply and to work with your school.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@thecolouringatlas.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
